1. Definitions

"Client" means the person or entity that hires CLEAN TOWN to provide cleaning services.
"CLEAN TOWN" means CLEAN TOWN Cleaning Services, a company that provides cleaning services in Ireland.
"Services" means the cleaning services that CLEAN TOWN provides to Clients.
"Website" means the website of CLEAN TOWN, located at www.housecleaningnear.ie.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the Website or by hiring CLEAN TOWN to provide cleaning services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services

CLEAN TOWN provides a variety of cleaning services, including:
House cleaning
Office cleaning
Apartment cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Weekly cleaning
Biweekly cleaning
Monthly cleaning
Pet-friendly cleaning
CLEAN TOWN will use its best efforts to provide the Services in a timely and professional manner. However, CLEAN TOWN cannot guarantee that the Services will be completed on time or without interruption. -
4. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. The CLEAN TOWN's prices are not presented in a separate manner (meaning that a bundle of services can form a price). The Client can get an estimate of the cost of selected CLEAN TOWN Services while ordering or asking for a fast quote. However, the price can vary after completing the required Services based on different factors.

5. Payment

Payment for CLEAN TOWN's Services is due in full at the time of completing the ordered job. CLEAN TOWN accepts payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal and cash.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning appointment. If a cancellation is not made within 8 hours, the Client will be charged for the full amount of the cleaning appointment.

7. Liability

CLEAN TOWN is not liable for any damage to the Client's property that occurs during the course of the cleaning appointment. However, CLEAN TOWN will make every effort to protect the Client's property.

8. Privacy

CLEAN TOWN will not share the Client's personal information with any third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and CLEAN TOWN with respect to the Services. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the Ireland mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
If to CLEAN TOWN: Cleaning Services 71 Main St, Leixlip, Co. Kildar, Ireland
If to Client: [Client Name] [Client Address] or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time. -
14. Headings

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

16. Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be held in Dublin, Ireland, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
